Instructions for correct use of tape:
When a leak is found for tire replacement operation, please confirm the following points:
1. Mark the punctured part of the tire and pull out the punctured object.
2. Use the tire probe to detect the direction of the break hole penetration, insert the tap in the direction of the break hole to remove the dust and debris inside the hole.
4. Insert the pin with rubber strip into the tire along the broken hole to ensure that the rubber strip is inserted into 2/3 of the length (It is necessary to make sure that the cold filling strip permeates the tire body to avoid sliding out after inflating.And rotate the pin 360 degrees and pull out the pin.
5. The remaining tire-filling strip is cut off.
1. A probe must be used to detect the direction of hole breaking, so as to ensure that the insertion direction and position of the rubber strip are consistent with the penetration direction of the nail hole, or air leakage will occur, for example, the angle between the hole breaking direction and the tread is 50 degrees, and the insertion of the probe and the pin should also follow this angle.
2. After confirming that the rubber strip is enough to penetrate the tire, pull it out after rotating the strip insertion tool for a circle (360 degrees), to ensure that the rubber strip squeezes the broken hole wound and forms a rotary knot in the tire, so as to avoid air leakage.
3. In the case of a deep oblique hole wound, the length of the tape must be guaranteed to make sure that the strip can penetrate the tire.
