This espresso stirrer uses 6 fine needles that the barista stirs while the coffee is in the filter, it helps distribute the coffee evenly in the filter to promote more even extraction and better espresso.
Our coffee stirrer handles are made of natural wood with a highly polished finish. The wdt tool has a wooden self-aligning stand that grips your dispensing tool even before you make your first espresso shot.
FIT SIZE – The needle dispenser is the right size. The special needle design and layout make it not limited by the size of the filter basket, and it is suitable for all coffee handles.
Before using this tool, placing the funnel over the strainer will help prevent spillage. The stirring action breaks up any clumps and evens out the coffee density inside the puck. The result is reduced channeling, and higher, more uniform extraction.
