Return & Refund:
1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it after items was received. If the item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and We will not issue you a refund or replacement.
2. All returned items must be in the original package and must provide us the tracking number, specific reason for the return, and original PO.
3. We will refund your full amount of the items, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.
5. Buyer have the duty to check the parcel carefully before sign. Once the parcel is signed, it means got the items in well condition.
