Just completed my first workout with these dumbbells. Am advanced ab workout. It was great. Very simple to download the right app using the captcha right there on the box and paired to my phone quite easily. I identified my location as the US and this was not a problem. The instructions were in clear English. You are told if you are doing a good job following or not and given motivational cues and feedback. Very happy with my purchase. I was nervous about it but, at least on Day 1, I can say that I recommend.
